The concept

The O’Cock was conceived by Sebastian Zimmerhackl & Lorenzo Zimmermann, as a playful, sex-positive tribute to classic 1980s and 90s pop-art watches. Designed as an unapologetic fashion statement, it translated anatomical humor into a wearable analog timepiece.

The design featured custom hands shaped into male genitalia, an illustrated dial, and a pubic hair patterned strap, combining nostalgia with provocative novelty design. Backed by a team of creatives, the concept was launched via Kickstarter to introduce a joyful, taboo-breaking accessory to a global audience.

My part

I was responsible for bridging the gap between creative vision and actual production, turning the concept into a fully functional, manufacturing-ready timepiece. Starting with only a simple vector sketch and a Blender 3D model with no accurate dimensions, I had to scout and find a manufacturer capable of producing a watch that remained true to the original idea.

I created production templates, defining exact tolerances, specifications, and material finishes across the case, dial, and strap.
In addition to technical specs, I sourced and managed suppliers for custom tooling (the hands) and blister packaging.

The end

Through three prototyping rounds, I delivered fully realized, working physical samples. While the Kickstarter campaign did not reach its funding goal, the project concluded with proven prototypes and turnkey manufacturing data ready.
